Hello Everyone!
Welcome to the first full day of camp! Okay, so the tasty pancakes and English Muffin pizzas helped to get us through the lice checks and swim tests today. (Glad all of that is over!). The rain let up tonight to allow us to have counselor trivia this evening, and it was quite the funny scene out on the deck. It is a great activity that allows the campers to get to know the counselors and to work together as a bunk. Tomorrow morning campers will race to the mailboxes to find their activities posted for the next two days. We love to hear all the cheers when kids see what activities they will be doing. The counselors are offering activities ranging from Welcome to the Waterfront to Robot Songwriting and everything in between. I know campers as well as staff are eager for our first “real” day of camp. Stay tuned for photos – they will be coming soon!
