CAMPERS ARRIVING AND DEPARTING BY AIRPLANE

Windsor Mountain Summer Camp will arrange for airport pick-up and drop-off from Manchester Airport for domestic flights and Boston Logan International Airport for international flights.  Individual arrangements will be made with campers arriving and departing on flights, according to their airline and flight times.  Please use the suggested time windows below as a guide.  If you cannot get a flight within the above window of time, please call us and let us know your options. We will help you decide which option is best.  We coordinate our pick-up/drop-offs to be as efficient as possible.

Arrival Flight Window: If possible, please choose a flight that arrives between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm.

Departure Flight Window: If possible, please choose a flight that departs between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm.

For arriving flights, a designated WMI staff member either will meet your camper at the gate or at baggage claim.

For departing flights, a WMI staff member will see that each camper’s luggage is checked and will remain at the airport until the flight has departed.  When permitted by the airline, we will accompany campers to the gate when permitted by the airline.

CAMPERS TRAVELING AS UNACCOMPANIED MINORS: We will contact you during the week before your flight to share contact information for the staff member meeting your camper. Please remember that you must register AND PAY for your child traveling as an unaccompanied minor before the flight date.

Please note that we will not be offering bus or van transportation in 2021 in order to limit close contacts for our campers until arrival day testing is complete. We apologize for the inconvenience!
