Joining Windsor Mountain, you become part of our community. You will gain lifelong friends from around the world and a home away from home in New Hampshire. What makes us unique? It’s the inclusive, welcoming, kind and often wacky community that exists here. It’s the freedom we give staff to create activities and be themselves. It’s focus on community – we live together, we eat together, we work hard and play hard together to form a special, tight-knit community. If you want to have a summer of fun, feel part of something bigger than yourself and make a difference in a child’s life, then this is the right place for you.

Working at camp likely will be the most rewarding experience of your life. Beyond that, camp provides professional development and leadership opportunities that will translate well for your future success. You will develop and practice 21st century skills, like communication, collaboration, critical-thinking, problem-solving, creativity and flexibility, that will prepare you for success in the future. The leadership opportunities available in a camp setting are unlike most others available to young professionals. Just as importantly, you will gain a network of friends and colleagues from around the world.

“Windsor Mountain’s uniqueness is in its staff’s ability to bridge cultural divides with friendship, respect and understanding. I learned more than how to ride a mountain bike, play in a band, and paddle a kayak; I learned an entirely new way to approach intellectual, social and environmental issues that has stayed with me throughout my entire education and life.”
