Visiting Day Details (Sunday, July 10)!
We are all very excited for Visiting Day this Sunday! We had the classic pre-Visiting Day morning meeting this morning led by the inimitable Ben-O, and the weather looks perfect for Sunday. Here are the details:
Parents should plan to arrive at around 10:30 a.m. Morning meeting will begin at 11:15 in the Pine Grove. From there, brunch will be served at around noon (with lunch-line entertainment). At 1:30 p.m., the music festival begins with camper and staff acts sure to entertain families. Once the festival ends at around 3:00, parents are free to take their campers off camp. Please make sure to sign out your camper so that we know they have left and to sign them back in so that we know they have returned. Also, please ensure that all campers are back to camp by 6:00 p.m. for dinner and a fun evening activity.
For those of you picking up your two-week campers (we are sad to see them go!), you are free to stay as long (or as short) as you wish.
