Important Visiting Day Information
We are excited to see camp families tomorrow for visiting day. As you may know, the weather forecast for tomorrow predicts thunderstorms in the afternoon. We ask that you please bring rain gear so you are prepared for rainy weather as well as lawn chairs for the performance. We may adjust the schedule slighty (on the fly!) depending on the weather in order to ensure that everyone can enjoy the performance of Alice In Wonderland. Regardless of the weather, we’re excited to see you all and to see all the performers in the festival!
Here is the tentative schedule:
10:30 – 11:00 – Parents arrive (please drive very slowly in the parking lot. As much as we try to keep the campers on the deck, some do get out into the parking lot!).
11:15 – Morning meeting
12:00 – Brunch
1:30 – Theaterfest
3:00 – Parents and campers can leave camp – please sign out (staff take the campers without visitors off-camp)
6:00 – Parents drop off campers (sign in please).
