Our kitchen staff will work with you to create a memorable menu – from barbeques to fine dining. If you can dream it, we can do it. “You should know that we are still hearing individually from our wedding guests – almost on a daily basis – that they had an amazing weekend and loved being at the camp. For that, we have only you all to thank; for all the ways you helped us and our guests utilize so much of what the camp can offer for fun, for the delicious food, the relaxed atmosphere, and the great bonfires! …The camp also deserves much credit for working with our vision, helping us figure out how to allow all our guests to eat together in one room, figuring out the logistics of the slide show, the music, the dance party – so many moving pieces you made happen almost effortlessly on our part, giving us the opportunity to focus on each other and the guests. Lastly, aside from the fun our guests had, we really had the wedding of our dreams. The space was beautiful, easy to enjoy, every nook and cranny offered glimpses of our friends and family playing and being happy. WE got out on the water several times, jumped off the rope swing, played ping pong and softball, ate delicious food all weekend. The way you all set up the dining hall, hors d’oeuvres, dance pavilion were all gorgeous, and it seemed like any crazy idea we got into our heads you helped make it happen. the whole weekend far exceeded our expectations on so many fronts, and we will enthusiastically recommend it to anyone who asks for suggestions about places to have a weekend wedding!

As we relax in a comfy cabin in the woods of Vermont on our honeymoon, we are in an overwhelming state of bliss and effervescence thanks to our incredible weekend at Windsor Mountain. The gorgeous setting and the beautiful facilities are why we decided to have our wedding at your camp, but it was the flexibility and cooperation of you and your staff that made the weekend a success.From setting up the dance pavilion in a few hours, to tweaking the menu at the last minute to accommodate the weather, the Windsor Mountain team was on top of everything. The guests were constantly expressing their appreciation for the friendly instructors at the ropes course, the helpful staff, and the skilled cooks who prepared amazing meals. Although the weather was not as we had envisioned it, we wouldn’t change a thing. The dining hall was a perfect place to gather with friends and family over a board game and steaming cup of coffee. The soggy weather didn’t prevent everyone from enjoying the outdoor amenities, but it did encourage everyone to gather under one roof and to share each other’s company. Distant friends and family were reunited and connections between new friends and family were formed.
The weekend was more cheerful, relaxed, and loving than we thought it could be.
