A Unique New England Summer Camp Experience

A summer at Windsor Mountain is a ton of fun and so much more. It is a unique opportunity to nurture the creative spirit, develop a sense of self-understanding and independence, foster lifelong friendships, try new things, cultivate skills and learn how to live in a community of people representing diverse cultures and life experience. We are a co-ed, non-competitive sleepaway summer camp that uses the power of experiential learning to enhance the personal growth and development of each camper. We embrace the values of respecting differences among people, living responsibly and taking safe and appropriate risks.

The Windsor Mountain Difference

We have a warm, motivated and talented American and international staff with experience teaching and mentoring children. It may seem like a simple idea, but we only hire staff members who love kids! The hallmark of our program is “directed free-choice,” which is designed to build independence and foster personal growth. With one-on-one guidance from their counselor, campers select their activities from more than one hundred options. Not only will your child be able to participate in these traditional activities, they also will have loads of fun taking part in hundreds of unique and creative activities developed by our amazing staff and campers.
