Our staff is our greatest asset. Windsor Mountain’s camper to staff ratio is less than 4:1, and we carefully select a team of warm, talented, creative, and mature staff members who love working with children. They come to camp with special talents and skills that they share with campers, and we work closely with them to develop a fun and meaningful summer program that excites and engages campers.
