Meet the Summer Team and Sticker Competition

Hi families,

Spring is here! Which means many things at WMI, the birds are chirping, the lake is slowly melting and we are one step closer to summer 2026! Pictured is my dog Aero enjoying the thawing lake.

Meet the Summer Team

We are very lucky to welcome back some incredible leaders who know camp back to front and help camp run smoothly during the summer season:

Lilia Is Our Family Liaison. She Is There To Support You, Our Camp Families. She Will Be Providing First Time Camper Updates, Bunk Updates And Is Available To Answer Questions During The Summer.

We are very excited to introduce our 2026 Living Unit Coordinators (LUC). Each living unit at camp (Cabins, Dorms, Tent Unit) has a living unit coordinator. You can think of them as a head counselor who is there to support campers and counselors alike.Screenshot

 

2026 Sticker Competition

We are excited to announce our 2026 Sticker Competition. All campers are welcome to participate and this sticker will be made for our camp store! You can choose one of the shapes below:

  1. The sticker must be designed by a current camper and to represent Windsor Mountain (no AI designs please!).
  2. Your design can be hand-drawn, painted, or made on the computer (try Canva as a free alternative to Photoshop)!
  3. The size should be no larger than around 2×2 inches.
  4. Email a high resolution image file of your design to [email protected].
  5. Deadline is April 17.
  6. WMI will select finalists whose designs will be shared on social media for voting.
  7. Winner will be announced in May. Can’t wait to see your creative ideas!

Upcoming:

  • Weekly helpful emails and microposts. Starting in April, we will be sharing a short email and micropost on Campanion focusing on a different topic to help you get ready for summer 2026!
  • FORMS! Camper forms are due April 30 so please login to submit them as soon as possible (also first time families, please get those teacher references forms to your teacher now). (Note that you may submit the Physician forms later if physicals are scheduled for May/June).
  • First-Time Family Zoom Call. We will be hosting a family zoom call in early May to answer your questions about all things summer!
